Even though the awards themselves don't mean much since the foreign press assoc. is a bit of a joke, the Globes seem like a more low-key, fun evening than the Oscars. Plus people get up and walk around during commercial breaks, so you'd increase your odds of running into someone cool. Golden Globes, I think.
