Cat. – That idiom was hard! I did a google search on it for ideas and RHPS kept showing up.

Hilly – I bet in person, Natalie Portman looks like a twig you could just snap in half.

Nilsa S. – I am lucky! Steven has always been more fashionable than me… if I had my way, I would just wear a t-shirt and jeans every weekend. Now I at least try to vary it a bit.

CourtneyInControl – Ha ha! You must sneak us all a photo of your hairdresser and her ridiculous outfits!

sizzle – I think you’re right – they just want to make money off of us. I wish they would give more attention to how the clothes actually look on different sizes of people.

Jodi – I’ll let you know when I see a man in pastels. Now I am going to notice all the time!

Gina (Mannyed) – I didn’t know by looking at it that it would look so dumb on me. It looked cute on the mannequin!

Andrew – Well, he sleeps on my left side, but normally walks on my right side. But in the car he’s on my left side. Can you buy them 50/50?

Cheryl – And celebrity fashion is such a big thing – how many magazines seems to be devotely soley to it? They were clothes to make a … BOLD statement. We were clothes to be functional. And sometimes make a statement, but not EVERY day!

suze – It’s usually a plus. But last night he coerced me to buy a $240 suit… on sale for $120. And a $50 button-down shirt! Yikes! At least I’ll look nice.

I’ve made many a mistake buying the clothes that look cute on celebs. That’s one thing I don’t like about shopping for sure. The let down of trying something on and realizing it looked better on the hanger.

Dammit, I bought you fifty of those shirts for your birthday. Now I have to take them all back. How inconvenient. Well, at least I found out before you had to pretend to like them. I’ll have to get you fifty of some other shirt now. What do you think of the “I’m With Stupid” shirts? Let me know which side of you Steven normally walks on so I make sure the arrow is pointing the correct direction. Eat it bro! Wait, that’s too mean, Steven isn’t stupid… I haven’t teased my little brother in months, and it’s wearing on me. Give him a good jab in the ribs for me. Thanks!

And what is with those little cap sleeves? They make those of us with boobies look so awful! It’s like two arrows pointing right at my chest. It’s why I do a lot of my shopping in the men’s department! Thank heavens for the well adjusted males who are willing to wear pastels! Or maybe it’s just other women like me keeping them in stock!

That’s one of my peeves- taking the same cut and style of a shirt and making it larger when in fact that would not flatter a different figure. But they aren’t in it to make us feel pretty, they are in it for the $$.
