Then the plot went off in directions that were not expected. The weird part was that I only saw one of two possible ways they could wrap it up in the end (other than just having the world end) and some how they managed to merge those two possibilities into one and run with that.... And it was totally obvious what the numbers that he couldn't figure out were for! I was really looking forward to it.
