(paraphrasing Winston Churchill, though quoting the last few words) I eat Cheerios more than any other cereal. But Kix reminds me of when I was a kid and would eat that cereal with blueberries my mom would add. And Rice Chex is good as a late-night cereal... It tastes like cardboard but it keeps me regular. Nothing worse than having to "go" on a run. I think once anyone becomes a runner they get a special appreciation for "regularity" LOL!
