		<description>I am with you on finding ways to make workouts fun (exploring nature) or functional (painting, pizza walk).  I think that&#039;s the way to make it feel more like part of a normal life and not a big old chore.

Congrats on the weight loss - 3 pounds a week is spectactular!  Especially because you look pretty fit to start.
