I read your comment and realized I got confused between two books I am reading. The one I got my workout routine from is "The Abs Diet for Women" by David Zinczenko. I find the weight circuit easy to follow and it covers all the muscle groups. The other book is the " Flat Belly Diet Cookbook" by Liz Vaccariello. Somehow I find myself exhasted in December. I think all the shopping, holiday parties and decorating gets me worn out.
