		<description>Ugh. Don&#039;t remind me about the New Year&#039;s crowd at the gym.  I feel like a huge whale after our cruise (where I also caught a cold so didn&#039;t exercise as much as I wanted) and can&#039;t wait to get back to the gym....but I don&#039;t want it to be crowded!

		<description>I always feel bad exercising when we have company in town.  It&#039;s silly though because I don&#039;t need to spend every single second with them but I still feel guilty.  My good friend&#039;s whole family runs together when they are in town and I always think she is pretty lucky that they can do it together and no one is left out.

		<description>Back when we went to a gym, it was always crowded right after the holidays.  However by February, it was back to normal.  Sadly, not many people stick with working out which is a shame because it&#039;s fun!

What up Brooks girl!  I love Brooks adrens! So far the only shoe I&#039;ve found that fits my narrow foot very well and doesn&#039;t feel clunky for a stability shoe.

		<description>I think that is awesome that you were able to get in so much fitness! I really had big plans and most of them got away from me. I love that you fit the shred in there too! I am on my last week at level 3 and it kills! And yay for christmas running gifts!! I was happier than anyone when I got all my running goodies!!</description>
