It is very hard sometimes to know things that will affect people's lives and have to keep it all inside. I have an awful poker face and am a terrible liar so keeping secrets is super hard for me! (I usually end up telling stuff to my mom too, because I figure she never knows the people involved and it makes me feel better to tell SOMEONE!) Being in HR, this happens to me FAR too often.
