Doodle 4 Google
Don’t you love how every once in awhile, google switches things up and uses a different design for their homepage logo?
Doesn’t it just make your day a little better, and put a smile on your face?
Okay.
Anyway.
Google has a contest called “Doodle 4 Google” where they invite K-12 kids to design a new homepage logo. You can go here to vote!

I have become addicted to switching up the “artist designed” themes on my Google homepage. And yes, when a picture comes up that I really like, it does put a bright spot in my day.

I think we like the same ones, although one of the doodles had a flying pig that was rather cute. I can’t believe there are so many young kids that are so talented and I can’t even draw a stick figure.

I like the different Google themes. My favorite so far was the Lego one they did.
The kids themes should be pretty creative.

Jenn - I KNOW!!! Weren’t they all great? It was hard to pick my favorites
martymankins - I liked the lego one too! I thought the Scream one from 2206 was neat as well.
Nilsa S. - That is a great way to encourage them… and get them addicted to the net ata young age! Ha ha! Soon they will all be bloggers…
