        Warm water in the tub, or warm compress.

        Is that a blister? If so, you should put some antibiotic ointment on it and cover it so it doesn’t get more angry!

        Oh and next time……be sure to cover the ice pack….

    I always feel like putting a towel between me and the ice pack just dulls the effectiveness of the ice. Now I see why we’re supposed to put something there! I hope it goes away soon.

      ME TOO! I think I will try a paper towel! It feels better today. It only hurts with a 12 pound cat applies all their pressure in to one foot on it.
