Notes:

  • Blah! A sore throat/cold sidelined me and I ended up with an unintentional cutback week. Eh, I am sure my legs will appreciate it! I’m feeling frustrated though – this is the third cold I’ve had this season. I usually have one or none. I wonder what’s up. It could be a few things – not taking care of myself, running on E, something in the house, being in the office more, or spending some days last week with someone who brought a strain of a cold from DC. Whatever caused it… I hope it goes away soon.
  • I had a pretty social (for me) workout week! I taught four classes, I ran with xaarlin on Monday, and with Anne and Emily (who came up from the city to take my fitness boxing class) on Saturday! Fun!

Working out with you 3 times last week was a highlight for me! That needs to happen more often 🙂

I hope you’re feeling better! It probably is because you’ve been running so hard for so long, and maybe exacerbated by the house dust, etc? Hopefully cutting back last week helps.

      Yes! It was awesome!

That could be it! I wonder if running through all the elements (rain, etc.) didn’t help, either!

  2. Xaarlin says:

I loved running with you on Monday! Best start to the week ever!! 🙂

  3. Chaitali says:

Yuck, I hope you’re feeling better soon! Is there a chance that you may be allergic to something in your new area that you weren’t exposed to in your old location?

    • kilax says:

      Thanks! I hope so too.

I’m not sure. I don’t have allergy symptoms – definitely those of a cold (coughing up stuff, etc.). But I wonder if all the dust and old house stuff is messing me up??!

  4. Pete B says:

    Hope you’re feeling better. 🙂

  5. Karen says:

Awww, blogger buds is cool 🙂
A cold isn’t, but at least you still had fun!
