Preparing for chaos
Data came rushing down the stairs when he heard me messing around with a bag of cat food. Sorry bud, that’s for THE KITTENS!
And now that we have kitten food, we’re “ready” for them to come home! The male got neutered yesterday, and the female is getting spayed today. The vet called me today to ask what names I want on their microchip registration so yeah… this is really happening. Ahhh!
(With our work schedules, the earliest we could pick them up would be Thursday. They haven’t called to say we can yet, and we definitely want them to convalesce there!)

We told them Apollo and Starbuck! We’ll see if those names “feel” right after they live with us for a while!
I’m sure big brother Data will NEED to show his new brother and sister HOW to EAT kitten food. Haha. Hope all goes well with the introductions!! Can’t wait for pics and stories!! 😻😻😻😻

I have to admit that I’d LOVE to get another dog, and I think that Sammy, our current pup, would be pretty happy with the company. But, I’m not quite ready for ALL THE DOG HAIR.
Totally double the fun! I am happy they can stay together and my bestie who lives 5 miles away is adopting their mom!
