Brilliant! My emergency go-to is usually leftover pancakes that I put in the freezer. Perfect for those mornings when you want pancakes but don’t want to deal with making them from scratch!
I put some extra batter in the freezer and thawed it to make a few weeks later! I liked that! Do you put the batter in or the actual pancake?

LOL, sorry for the craptastic pic! I made cookies Tuesday night and decided to put some dough in the freezer in case I needed to thaw it… and eat it 🙂
How do you define “emergency”?!?!?!? If I had that in my freezer, I think I’d have emergencies every night. 😉
