- I keep pushing my speedwork back, later and later in the week. That just goes to show you how much I look forward to it. Ha ha.
- On that note, it is probably not a good idea to do biking and running intervals on the same day.
- 80% of my runs were solo this week. The one with Anne was definitely the running highlight!
- I had licorice and a GU during Sunday’s long run and that worked well! I also ran the whole thing on snow covered sidewalks. I would like to think that makes me a stronger runner? Uh…
